Order Processing Time

All LUV Threads products are made to order. Because of this, orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s performance.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, or regional disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

LUV Threads is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses due to incomplete or invalid address information

Orders returned to sender due to address issues are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping may require an additional fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

LUV Threads is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@luvthreads.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties or taxes

  • Import restrictions

LUV Threads is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.
