Because all LUV Threads products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Each item is produced specifically for you after purchase, which means we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Issues

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
