All Sales Final

Because all LUV Threads products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Each item is produced specifically for you after purchase, which means we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Ordering the wrong item, color, or style

• Personal preference after delivery

• Delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped

We strongly encourage you to review all product details, sizing information, and your order summary carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with LUV Threads, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@luvthreads.com.

To be eligible for review, you must include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and the issue

• A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the item at no additional cost, or

• Issue store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only when required by law.

Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

All sizing charts are provided for reference only. Because fit can vary by style and personal preference, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. Please review sizing details carefully before ordering.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, LUV Threads is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us does not override this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate our stated policies.
